Ken, the heart of the family, is a retired electrician with 55 years of experience and a retired fireman. Married for 60 years, he’s a proud father of four, grandfather of eight, and great-grandfather of two. Known around the company as the CSO — Chief Snack Officer — Ken has a gift for supervising projects, sharing his lifetime of know-how, and making sure everyone stays on track (and well-fed).

Ron is an Army veteran and retired police officer who brings discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic to the team. He previously owned and operated a party rental business for 12 years and has built a life centered on faith, family, and service. Married for 23 years, Ron is the proud father of three and grandfather of two. His hands-on experience and dedication make him the driving force behind O’Neil Home Services.

Connor
Connor represents the future of the family business. A college student at Great Lakes Christian College, he’s studying business while competing in collegiate soccer and golf. An Eagle Scout and proud member of the Order of the Arrow, Connor’s leadership and dedication to service were showcased through his Eagle Project — the Flint Law Enforcement Memorial, honoring police officers and firefighters who gave their lives in the line of duty. With his strong faith, character, and commitment to excellence, Connor carries forward the O’Neil family tradition — proving that the apple truly doesn’t fall far from the tree.
